lower the weight and have someone watch your technique, it doesn't have to be a competition to lift the most! That is from leaning foreward under too much weight.

I would like to say -no way- no snickers bars!! no concentrated sweets! But then again I eat alot of 'junk' as well so I will just have to bite my tongue and retract that thought.... beer and wings are my downfall...

That is why I like logging what I eat... so at the end of the day I don't ask myself..."did I eat 3 meals or 6 today" haha seriously though, as long as you keep to your calorie goal it doesn't really matter. I myself don't have time to stop to eat 6 times a day.
