  • I wouldn't necessarily set your goals by size. Sizes are funny things and can't always be predicted by weight loss. Losing 120 pounds, I can say I've gone from a tight 30 to an 18 but it's not like I could definitely fit into the next size every 20 pounds even though it averages out to that. Keep up the great work, but…
  • As others have said, this just means you started at a lower weight and fluctuated over it then back down again. If you want to fix it, from My Home go to Check In. Click Edit Previous Entries and change starting weight to what you want to record.
  • Hope so! He was a great character but I dont want to see him again unless its some type of flash back. I love what they have done with Skyler's character over the course of the series. I like her character a lot more now than I used to!
  • Don't get me wrong, I seriously hope so. Writing him back in would be terrible for any story line. Hopefully they bring in a new nemesis, but I do think it has to end with some type of confrontation between Hank and Walt. I also think they will start expanding on the cancer part of the storyline especially since they have…
  • It starts up again Sunday night. I am not convinced that Gus is dead. When they did the news report at the end of the show they said "Three confirmed dead" in the explosion. If a huge business mogul like Gus had been killed they would have led the story that way. I'm not saying hes not dead, but I am saying they…
  • Compression shorts are absolutely the way to go. My favorite are Under Armour but I've used others successfully. Solved my problem with running, jumping jacks, etc. Good Luck!
  • How did they tell you to focus on your breathing? Just think about it? If the pain is on your right side immediately below your ribs it might be related to your liver bouncing around when you run. The liver is attached to the diaphragm by two ligaments and it will pull down on the on the diaphragm as it moves up while…

  • MFP can't analyze your level of effort for any activity and therefore will most likely be off. I find some exercises match my HRM exactly, some are high, some are low. It mostly depends on how difficult the exercise is for me. Swimming is always way high, "Walking 4.5" is always low because 4.5 is closer to a jog for me. I…
  • Having seen you, I can attest that you are DEFINITELY not fat at 124. You need to get stronger to continue towards your Iron Man goal and toning up would be a wonderful thing, but I don't think you need to see a lower number on the scale any longer. You're goals should be purely fitness at this point. You should look at…
  • As another posted mentioned, bodily harm (i.e. super hot sauce)is probably not the best way to go. Thankfully, I've never had this problem, but if I did I always envisioned that I would make sandwiches with prank powder in them. Something like this: You can get it here:…
  • I know what you mean! I tried a bunch of videos that I just wasn't ready for. However, keep in mind that you are not being rated on how well you perform the DVD. As long as you keep your heart rate up, and keep moving, you're burning calories! If you could do all the moves in the video perfectly the first time, you'd be…
  • I completely understand why she wouldn't want to work out with someone who is already skinny. For a long time I was afraid to meet anyone fitness oriented because I feared the embarrassment of being too slow to keep up, or how ridiculously fat I would look in comparison to them. When I finally managed to bring myself to…

  • ^^^ This a million times over. I completed my first half around 275. I may have been the last one to finish, but finish I did. I just made it into the "Obese" category this week from "Morbidly Obese" and my second half is this weekend. I'll be insanely happy with a finish anywhere under 3:30. Great job on your first half!
  • The location of my knee pain is a little different, but I have a similar problem. Mine started up after I was out walking for a few hours with friends in my regular sneakers rather than my running shoes. I believe the difference lies in proper form. When I run, I am always thinking about, and correcting, my form and my…
  • I'm surprised no one mentioned this yet, but you need to recheck your facts. 1g of protein is 4 calories, so for anything to have 50g of protein it would have to have at least 200 calories in it. A quick google search tells me that 100g of frogs legs would have 73 cals and 16g of protein. It does have 50mg of cholesterol,…
  • So there are no other symptoms to report? I used to have this issue, but I'd prefer not to give you bad medical advice if our situations are not similar. I understand that the fainting comes on quickly, and that when you come to you are probably not in the best state of mind to remember what happened prior, but if you…
  • Where is the love for our not so furry friends? This is Pannuceus (meaning wrinkled or shriveled in Latin) but after this pic I'm thinking we should change it to Mr. Burns. He was half asleep there. Normally you'll see him more like this: He's the best cat I've ever had. HUGE personality, loves to play, comes when called,…
