  • when i go over my fiber i just don't worie about it cause i know its good for you. But i pretty much stick with the rest although the proteins i do over a lil too.

  • my weight does the same thing i can weight myself one day and the next i will weigh a pound more or even two so i try not to get discouraged because it always drops back down and by the end of my wiegh in at 7 days i have lost 2 pounds. Stick with it you will be happy with the results.
