Great job, but remember the scale is your enemy, it lies to you...lol Worry about the inches you lose and not the lbs...I was a size 38 waist and now I am a 36, the scale says I lost 3 lbs, but I see the difference in my face and stomach and that is what is important....great job!

I'm 46, sometimes I feel 70 and sometimes like today I feel 20! it depends on what you eat and how you sleep...but everything hurts when I wake up. Getting old sucks do what you can to stay active and slim, you will feel better and live longer!
