I rest on Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday. Then again I power-lift. So my body gets beat to hell, hence why I take more breaks.

Cocoa + Cookie butter jars. I bought about 10 last trip

Just keep at it, and eat in a caloric deficit. Make sure you train abs too. I prefer squats and deadlifts to train mine. Or you can do hanging leg raises, crunches, etc. If you have no muscle there, they will not show when the fat sheds off. But they will, it just takes time, don't get discouraged.
-
Why not do M-W-F = Resistance training T- TH = Cardio? and weekend = slow cardio (walking)?
-
You can eat nutritious all day, for years, but if you don't watch your calories, your abs will not show. I eat pizza, cookies, cake, all kinds of "bad" food, as the hippies call it, and I maintain my 4 pack. Could I have a 6 pack? Sure. But I choose not to drop my calories because I'm Italian and like to eat, and…

Cookie butter is absolutely addicting. It's amazing. Almond butter is phenomenal too. I suggest "Justin's Almond Butter". It's a little pricey, but, it's great. Best flavor is the vanilla flavored, imo. Check your local Wal-Mart, Target, or Kroger's for "Justin's Almond Butter"

Citadel Nutrition Tier 1+ ..... http://www.citadelnutrition.com/products. No *kitten* fillers, or crap, and all ingredients are explained with scientific evidence on how, and why it works.

Got up this am, ate a Quest bar, and a pack of the chocolate icing Dunk-A-Roos. I ordered them from Canada and paid about $11.00 for 6 of them.... worth every penny!

300k? There is no "ideal" lunch anyhow. As long as what you eat fits into your macros / calories / etc. it's fine. Now.... I personally would never eat pasta before I workout. Pasta bloats me out BADLY. It might be different for you though. Hence as mentioned, there is no ideal lunch for any one person or persons.
-
Usually for lunch I eat "clean", so it usually consists of two yogurts (love yogurt), Quest chips, and some sort of meat....usually Chicken, steak, pork, the flavored tuna packets with some mayo, tilapia, salmon, or the Boca burgers.
-
Then eat lower caloric foods...... it's not rocket science. Using Shakeology is literally wiping your *kitten* with $$ and throwing it away.
-
Shakeology is a gimmick. Learn to eat properly and you won't need that trash. Weigh your food, track your CALORIES..... and lose weight. If you want a "shake" so bad, go buy a tub of protein, add water, and shake it.

Monday - Chest / back Tuesday - Squats / deadlifts Wednesday - OFF Thursday - Chest / back Friday - Squats / deadlifts Saturday - OFF Sunday - OFF Granted, on off days, I walk my dogs 3-4 miles.

Protein powder is ONLY a means to hit your daily required protein goal, that's it. It won't make you fat, skinny, more muscular, etc. Personally, I avoid the brands of protein Wal-Mart sells. I only use Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, Cellucor, or Quest. All of which can be found locally, and have an amazing taste.
-
...... no. I fast for a few hours daily (dinner until lunch next day) and I'm starving. I really don't see any religious reason to fast for 24+ hours.
-
I just track stuff like mayo, ketchup, etc. Salt, pepper, garlic salt I don't track.
-
I just came back form taking a week off. I was having some serious issues with groin pain from squatting so heavy. Pain ended up going away, and I feel a lot better. I still went to the park and walked my dogs a few miles daily though. Take a week off, recover.

Just take Women's one a day and some fish oil. That's all you need. You can check to see if X brand has chlorophorostabletsdontgievashit, or if Y brand has magictomakeyourboobsbigger, but in reality, it's all minuscule differences, unless it's doctor provided / recommended, PERIOD.

Is there a reason why you're carb cycling?
-
You know Dr. Oz has about as much health /nutrition knowledge, as the pope does with porn-stars, right?
-
cottage cheese for me. Usually get a cup of fat free CC, a few packets of Splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix it all up and it's a sweet treat. Or if you want zesty. Just add in hot sauce, and pepper instead..... or some salsa.
-
Starkist has packets for sale with flavors. Hickory Smoke (amazing taste), Ranch (good as well), Lemon Pepper, Sweet & spicy. I suggest the Ranch and Hickory. The rest are ok.... but not as good as what I mentioned.

Really? Proof? Oh that's right..... there isn't any. Just horse-*kitten* studies done on RATS.... in a lab. Under absurd amounts per hour of the substances, which a human would consume in a week.

I usually go with with a tall iced coffee / nonfat milk / sugar free mocha. Really no need for sweetener with the mocha!
-
If you don't see the latter, then I'm not going go through and quote their studies, as compared to what you've "typed" on here. Who brought up family doctors, at all? There you go again, bringing irrelevancy into a topic. I know why Norton and Aragon are who they are, and for what reasons. I'm glad you like my attitude. I…

Studies with proof and statistical info are verified. Like I said, even if it were incorrect, which it isn't, I really don't give a *kitten*.
-
What does that have to do with taking two doctors advice, who are world renowned in the fitness industry, over yours? I don't need to know the difference, nor do I care. I have a job, lift, plus raise a daughter, nitpicking *kitten* is for the birds. Minuscule differences in vitamins mean jack *kitten* to me. I highly…

Front squats. God, I hate those so much.

It definitely varies from state to state, location by location. I know at the one where I live, which is near a university, there's a free weight dead-lifting room. But then again, this one is privately owned under the PF name. It's not a bad gym, I would probably go to this one, but the traffic there is insane.
-
Sure don't. That's why I said, I'll take two doctors advice, over a MFP randoms.
