Definitely, so far I've been lucky to lose during my TOM week still, but it is usually a very low number.

Just be sure to eat the calories that MFP gave you. Don't worry about serving size except for helping you calculate your calories and evenly distribute those calories throughout the day. I like to have a couple of celery sticks and 1 tblsp of peanut butter or a cup of honey nut cheerios dry. They take awhile to eat and they stick with me, so I don't feel as hungry later.
