Morning friends, still 2 more weeks to go, for this 2 weeks we have to loose 5 pounds, let's see how much we can loose. Yesterday was a bad day for me , I couldn't stop myself not to eat junkkkk. That's why today onwards I am going to post about my food and exercise stuff here. Cheers..

No idea about that diet. Eat the calories what MFP given to you and do any type of work out for 40 mins. U can see the difference. That's the way I lost almost 50 pounds. Sometimes I ate ice cream and chocolate also but u must watch portion size that is the major key. Good luck :-)
