my big boobs even sometimes get me free drinks, or if I'm in your situation loaded down with groceries, some one to open the door to the truck for me. Although, I haven't decided if they like my truck or my boobs more...

water! I used to be a 3-6 can a day soda drinker...I've started drinking 3 to 4 liters of water a day and don't even miss the soda at all! the first few days I had one or two cans but tapered it off. Yesterday I had two coke zeros but I don't even really crave soda anymore. :P

I do her one mile walk in the am (usually) and the two mile in the evening. I have them on demand from time warner. I don't know what I'm gonna do if they take them away!!! I got started with the "family walk" one on demand. I think it was a mile and had all the families and kids walking too. :)

I try to do a 20 minute walk in the am and a 35 minute walk in the pm and if i can squeeze one in a 10-15 min on a break or lunch

I've only lost four pounds, but I have found that exercise is certainly increasing my appetite for sex :)

I weighed in at 284 this AM, so I made my goal, and calories burned for the week: 2601 :)

I got myself a pandora bracelet. Every 10 pounds I lose I get a new bead :P Pushing myself cuz the bracelet is so boring :P Also, I got myself a cheap knock off pandora bracelet, and plan on getting cheap knockoff beads. So cheap enough too. Paid like 3 bucks for the bracelet, and beads are usually 1 buck a piece on ebay :)

what about doing exercises designed to do in the office? Those would at least be something, and help keep the rest of your body on the right track..
