Colouring or watching tv. Go to a room away from the kitchen with a bottle of water/coffee/tea and do something with your hands and something you have to focus on. That's why colouring and crafting is so good. I love playing music so u could take up an instrument. Or get some air popped popcorn and snack on that. It's like…

baked, mashed, fries, you can even do desserts like a lightened up sweet potato pie. I even have a recipe for sweet potato cookies (never tried it but they look pretty damn good).

Ya I'm cool with that! :)

;) gonna go with yes!!

I would totally marry you! You seem like you know how to have fun! :D

My goals on the weekend usually include beer. ^_^ but I'm always down for some new motivation buddies!

Eat the amount mfp gave you and if you exercise (like doing a sport, running, weight training etc.) then you add those calories in and you eat them back. So if u burn off 100 cals from running you eat an extra 100 cals that day. I wish you luck in your recovery! :)

I've done that with Golden Grahams cereal. Special K is just a gateway cereal drug. Soon you'll be in a sugar high on the couch sucking frosted flakes crumbs out of the bag. Have u tried the Special K cereal bars! O_O YUMMM!!!!

Currently struggling with some ED thoughts and disorders myself so I'm not sure how much help I can be other then to tell you to remind yourself that you've been down that road before and it brings nothing but physical and mental pain that you don't want and don't deserve. Don't tell yourself it's just one skipped meal or…

For the fries you can look up a ballpark estimate on mfp for deep fried French fries. And the sandwich what you could do is order one to go, take it home and deconstruct it. Weigh the bread and the stuff that's in it and try to get as close to the calorie count as you can. If you really love the place then it would be…

I think food is broken down in the mouth but calories only start getting absorbed in the small intestine. Depending on how fast your digestive system is/what you ate and what was in your stomach before, it usually takes a few hours for everything to be absorbed. (Things like carbs or pure sugar are broken down the…

Playing guitar. A great way to unwind and let out all the stress. I'm a lover of music!

The show? If you're lost I'll find you..I'm a master at hide and seek!!

You can add it to pretty much any baked good. Or put it in oatmeal with either peanut butter or Nutella on top. It's YUMM! optimum nutrition is by far the best.

Bake your regular desserts but in smaller batches. Like a recipe that makes 24 cookies, halve it. Or get a mini muffin tin and use that for smaller portions. Try different combinations of flour like white/whole wheat/coconut/rice/oat etc. banana works really well in baking cause it acts as glue and helps add moisture and…

They're hilarious. The Twilight ones are pretty awesome too! :D

Beer or amaretto sour. And if I'm having 500 calories worth then I'm drunk off my *kitten* and I stopped caring about calories 2 drinks ago.

I'm sorry you're missing stuffing in your Oreos. But what I noticed first was that you have 2 random Oreos in one row and then 6 in the other two. My slight case of OCD wants to tell you to please finish a row before u start a new one. :#

O_o huh? Just because it didn't develop into a full blown eating disorder for you doesn't mean it wouldn't for someone else. It's disordered eating. You're taking food and stuffing it in your mouth and then spitting it out. That's disordered eating with the potential to turn into an eating disorder. I've spent most of my…

I know all too well what you're going through. What you could possibly do is up your calories to maintenance and instead focus on fitness. Do some strength training and cardio. It'll help a bit with the anxiety and help relieve some of the guilt you have from feeling like you are more then you should. Mostly just keep…

Not harder, just different. You can't simply take food away like you can other addictive substances. No doubt people throw the term around like it's nothing, which I do agree it's wrong. There is a huge difference between loving cake and having binge disorder. Though some people I think just generally don't know how else…

If you've ever seen a binge eater or bulimic during one of their binge episodes then you know that eating to them is almost like any addiction. Now it might not be the actual food itself that's addictive but the eating/feelings/high you get from eating that's addictive. Is it the same kind of addiction, no, but it's just…

I'm sarah! :) I'm on here all the time and happy to support in any way I can. I guess my best advice would be eat what mfp tell you but don't cut out all the foods you do like to eat. Find an activity you love. And if you slip up, just accept it and move on. Mostly never forget that how much you weigh doesn't define who…
