Yep my husbad is a horder. He is shirts that are older than I am and he has Uni books from over 20 years ago. I should state that he doesn't even work in an occupation were they would be required. He has mobile phone broachers from various telco's with phone plans and call rates from over 10 years ago. It drives me crazy,…

I talk to both my cats and dogs, I even bargain with them and ask them questions. A bribe for the cats is usually if I give you this chickent/turkey (whatever) you are not allowed to try and follow me and the dogs on a walk...it generally works. One for the dogs might be, I can't take you for a walk today because of…

@Nolandadodd The 17 day diet was written by Dr Mike Moreno. It's a low carb diet that goes in 4 cycles to avoid platuea. Perhaps google it or pick up the pick for more info

What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for everyone. I eat between 900-1100 cals a day generally. I am making healthier low cal food choices and I am not hungry the majority of the time. On the days I am I eat more. I tend to just listen to my body. You have to find what works for you.

I usually try to walk my dogs separatly to running because my girl pulls so much and my boy lags behind. I have only recently started running with out them because I needed to see how I went and what the difference was. It makes a massive difference with out them. I ran harder and faster with out my dogs because it was…

I love my Wii, but I don't play fit. Some of the better games for weight loss are my personal trainer, or EA Active personal trainer and I've been told but haven't actually played this one myself Wii Zumba.

Good on you for deciding to do something about. This is a great site. The best advise ever given to me was this "There is so much conflicting information out there. Find what works for you and try not to judge what works for others" If you want honest support feel free to add me

I love them but tend to only buy them about once every 4-6 weeks because if there are in the house I am weak.

Clean eating is eating all natural foods, and staying from anything processed

I know exactly what you mean...for me when my husband lets rip, I smoke. I am cutting back so I generally only smoke at home when he farts and I make a point of telling that is why I am smoking!

This is a wonderful site, welcome. I am an Aussie. I live in Perth. Feel free to add me if you want honest support and motivation

I make soups and cassoles on the weekend. My soups are usually just an onion and few carrots (4-5), a bell pepper (Capsicum), tomotoes (2) and what ever else I have around the house. I chop them, simmer until the carrot is soft and then blend them until I am happy with the consistcy. I then put it in containers and freeze.…

That's true but if he can really do that with my garden it will worth it!
-
How about yard work and garden design? If he does yard work I'll go to $80 2 bottles of rum and a bottle of Vodka

Love this one...but why settle with just smoking, I am sure there are plenty of other fun bad things you could incorporate!!

I posted a topic similar to this recently here is the link http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/303012-thunder-thighs-help

I have recently been to Mexican. My first piece of advice would be if it's possible check out the menu online first so you are prepared. Secondly think about what you really want. I had a spicy salad when I went, but if you really want the nacho's or something a little bad HAVE IT and don't over think it. As long as it's…

If shopping for a new dress isn't an option I'd go with C

Cut carbs, increase water intake, try clean eating as in prepare your own meals where possible, plan your meals, excersice (even if it is just walking) and don't over do it. If your body is telling you it needs to rest then rest. Add vegetables and fruit if your not already eating these and include lots of protein
-
You can change the settings for it...I just can't remember exactly how to do it at the moment

my mum had something similar (not exactly the same) a few years ago and hers was an iron deficency

If you choose cuts from the parts of the animal that move the most then your going to be pretty okay. Top side, silver side, chunk or flank are the best. Dr Mike Moreno (the 17 day diet) reccomends Beef topside, braising steak, lean steak mince, rump steak, sirlion beef, skirt steak, boneless pork roast, pork chops, pork…
