I eat what every I want, even chocolate. I just log everything I eat and make sure I don't go over. Nothing is off limits for me. I know if I think "I can't" have that, then that is exactly what I want. So, there is nothing I "can't " have.

Not sure about all cable companies, but I have Time Warner and I get a channel called FitV. I also have on demand so I can search any exercise program I want to try (ie walking, yoga, Jillian Michaels, etcs.)

Even though my exercise calories add back to my allowable calories, I don't eat all those calories. There are times when I just need a little something extra, so exercise calories are like a cushion if I go over.

Yes, people tell me that too and I do agree with them somewhat. I think the "what you should weigh" chart is broken. I am 5'1" and I should weigh no more than 130-135. I think I would be OK at 135, but much lower than that I think would be too skinny. Of course, that has become the norm in society. I don't want to look…

I agree with getting videos and also you can get a pilates ball at any department store or walmart. Pilates is a great exercise to do at home and using the ball helps engage your core.
