The sugar does it to me. I literally crash from too much sugar and end up need a nap or early bed time. Whichever pedometer you choose, be sure that it has a cover over the reset button or you could loose a ton of daily steps. Also, be sure it has a very sturdy clip (like a clothespin style) so it doesn't pop off your waist. Good luck!

Start by walking. Then power walking. Then add in brief sprints. When your body can handle it, extend the time of sprints (really just jogging) and decrease your walking time.
