If I'm fasting I like working out right before iftar. That way I can have tons of water and eat when I'm done.

I don't have any experience with intermittent fasting but whatever you're doing you should probably give it longer than a week before you decide it's not working.

When I'm working: Breakfast 8AM Lunch 11:30AM Dinner 5PM Snack 7PM During my break: Breakfast 9AM Snack: 11AM Lunch: 1PM Snack: 4PM Dinner: 6PM But hey, if I'm hungry I eat! :D

I love coconut water because it's tasty! Lemonade flavor though? Is it real coconut water or is it flavored? I'd be a little more concerned about the ingredients in it. I wouldn't say it has specific benefits but if it's not loaded with sugar it can't hurt if you like it.

I had a friend who had to get off the pill for good because she lost tons of weight and it was unhealthy. Things affect us differently. Sounds like the pill is helping you lose weight!

I'm trying to eat cleaner. Staying away from processed sugars and fast food. I'm also counting calories though. Diary open to friends if you're interested.

I'm 4'11.5" 24 years old and my goal weight is 100lbs, it seems crazy though because last time I was 100lbs I was 16 and starving myself. However, I'm being healthy now so we'll see how it goes. I'd be happy with 110.

You're doing an amazing job. It does get harder when you're closer to that "goal", but don't forget to celebrate what you've accomplished. Make healthy choices and eventually you'll shed those last few pounds.
