Ugh my arms are too thin for my body, I think that's the first place to lose/gain weight. My legs are a whole different story! Either a sandwich, with sandwich thins... or cereal, and a fruit. That usually does the trick for me. And for those *really* busy days when I don't have time in the morning, I just grab a banana and a protein shake, and I eat it on the go.

When I'm on the run, McDonald's is my friend. I don't have fries though. And I've still been losing weight. It's pretty cool, I just have to watch my fiber intake because my old body cannot take running low.

I'm with rc630, either you're gaining muscle, or you need to work out in a smarter way. Writing down what you eat helps you with the counting calories in case that's where you're messing up. As a girl I prefer less weight, more reps/sets, because it tones the body. Higher weights less reps/sets are usually better to build up muscle (get bigger) So it depends on what you want for yourself. Hope it helped you!
