i chew gum while i cook, or have a hard candy. i do have to taste the food to make sure it is seasoned well, but if i'm chewing on a piece of gum i won't snack on a piece of cheese or whatever.

i'm no pro, but i thought it was ok to go over in protein. especially if you are exercising. as for your sugar, i don't know how to help.

go to the mall and try on clothes that you wish you could wear if you had the body you want. if that lighting, with those mirrors doesn't motivate you to do something, i don't know what will!!! ;)

i pretty much did the same thing on saturday, and i logged it in as 'carpentry, general'. sometimes i do yard work in lieu of going to the gym, and that's listed as 'gardening, general' hope this helps!

you could try chucking out the egg yolk. (i give them to my dog :) you could also try a lower fat content milk. I usually eat a whole grain english muffin which is about 110 calories instead of higher cal slices of bread. I hope this helps. good luck!

most mornings i eat a fried egg white on an whole grain english muffin with 2 tablespoons taboule. (about 130 cals and a decent amount of protein) or i eat whole wheat cream of wheat made with vanilla almond milk. that's about 200 cals. not really down home, but maybe it will help!
