This is solid advice. If you feel you need to temporarily make a cut, then do it and focus on your larger goals.

Goodness! You look great, and more importantly, you probably saved your life. It's a tremendous achievement. Congratulations!

LOL @ people thinking they can preserve their precious "personal" space in a flying sardine can. LOL

I like feeling light, fast, lean, and nimble much more than I like being heavy.

Probably, but with CHF, I think it's best to err on the side of the experts. It's a tricky condition to manage. I worked with a great dietitian who helped my grandfather manage his diet (he also had CHF), and she helped us set up a diet plan that was pretty effective and tailored to his preferences and nutritional needs.…

Ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian who is trained to help you manage your nutrition in the context of your medical situation. Any advice here would be from laypersons who don't have the necessary training to answer this question for you.

I kinda do this naturally (eat less during the week then more on the weekends). If you plan it well, you should be fine, but I will say that the lowest I ever go on the weekdays is 1400 calories, and that's only when I know I'm going to pigging out on weekends. Normally, I'm at 1500-1700 on weekdays. 1000 makes me weak and…

I'm 5'8" and at my highest around 230, I still fit with room to spare in most airplane seats. Try not to worry. I think you'll be alright! Safe travels.

There's nothing wrong with being confident and happy in your body at any size. The problem is when someone feels the need to name-call and ridicule others in order to pump up their own self esteem. People who do that come across as jealous and incredibly insecure.

I was very very bored today and watched about 60 seconds of it before getting the urge to punch my monitor.

The point is that you don't understand basic statistics and are using logical fallacies to attempt justify your anti-sugar commentary. Read the article and spend some time digesting it (pun intended). The bolded parts make no argument other than to indicate a weak unsupported correlation. You are also regurgitating…

IE makes me homocidal, so maybe it's more than just correlation... *kidding by the way... just in case someone doesn't get sarcasm*

Childish and rude. Talk to your friend like a grown up.
