I always make a smoothie: 1/4 c. Strawberries 1/4 c. blueberries 1/3 c. pineapple 3/4 c. spinach 1 c. unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp turmeric 3 tsp spirulina Sometimes I mix a Tbsp. of chia in after it's blended, sometimes I just knock it back with a gulp of water.
