Oh, I measure too, and I know the scale isn't everything. But I put all of my weight into this stupid spare tire of mine...and it's all back there. :sad:

I've been told that there are some good recipes for chocolate/peanut butter morning shakes. However, all the ones I find are super high in sugar/calories. Does anyone have a good recipe for one of these? I don't think I'd ever get sick of having that in the morning.
