Once you get to goal weight I will just keep you the same each week. It will neither help or harm the team at all. Even if it did it's not worth losing you. Just keep track of your exercise minutes and that will help. We seem to exercise the most anyway we have won the house cup every month since we started. Also new…

It's a great idea to take before and during pictures. Pictures are really worth a thousand words and you can usually see the difference there when the scale is not cooperating.

Hello my fellow Twilighters! Happy Friday to all! I am doing horrible with the snacking. I am officially blaming TOM. Hopefully I won't see a gain this week  Watching Breaking Dawn so much inspired me to reread the book which I did and after I finished it again I decided to reread the whole series from the beginning…

Of course you can! If you go back in this thread a bit you can find the rules. I am the Head of House for Hufflepuff. My name is Queeda. Feel free to ask any questions that you have after reading. Welcome!

Lol no secret really. I watch the food I eat. I make better food choices and I exercise a lot more than I used to. I actually wasn't exercising at so I went from being totally sedentary to active. It's a painfully slow process though and a lot of the time the scale doesn't match how I feel, but the progress pictures and…

I think it's more I can tell better without the clothes. Other people are noticing a big difference so I know you can tell with my clothes on. I went from a size 22 to size 12 so I know that's good.

I agree. I don't feel "obese" and I definitely don't look obese in my opinion. I try to focus on the body fat percentage. The BMI doesnt really take into account enough information.

I have my body fat % calculated using hydrostatic weighing. It's the underwater method that is scientifically the most accurate. I have this test done once a month. In addition to that I also have my measurements done once a month by the same person for as much consistency as I can get. As for how I did it ... First and…

Much better with the snacking today! Newts-16 Owls-0 Hp-41 I need to stretch more

Thank you all. I feel amazing and I will keep going for sure.

I rotate Jillian's 30 day shred with regular cardio ... running walking and elliptical are my favorites. I also take a step aerobics class and Zumba. I am convinced that the 30 day shred has helped me lose the most inches though.

Thank you thank you (takes a bow) I am SO proud of my award LOL. My best friend however is disturbed. Oh well she could never understand my love for Twilight. I am SO excited about my new job, but also incredibly nervous to be moving so far away from my security blanket of the USA. This will be amazing though. It looks…

Went to see Breaking Dawn for the 7th time today. I am consumed with Twilight right now, but that always happens when a new movie comes out. I am also about 2/3rds of the way done re-reading the book. I love extra details in the book and comparing them to the movies. I just got a new job which means a move to Abu Dhabi.…
