Plus 241 minutes of exercise today. Still unable to update the spreadsheet I think I'm around 1,100 minutes so far for November! Goal met I'm still going though.

For Thursday 2,540 calories burned today! I think tomorrow will have to be a rest day. Because I won't be able to move!

Tuesday I had 406 calories burned and Wednesday was 881 calories. Keep burning it up ladies!

Plus 1.6 miles walking today so 21 miles so far and 79 miles to go.

Tuesday ended up being a rest/ accidental lazy day so I had my regular 120 minutes of walking. For Wednesday I had 148 minutes of exercise. I am on my iPhone so I can't update the spreadsheet :mad:

No calories burned for Sunday. Sorry ladies. It was a rough day for me to say the least but I did drop some more weight so if Sunday is the official weigh in I am 203.4 today.

30 day Shred complete so add 274 calories burned for Saturday! I plan on hitting the elliptical hard tomorrow so hopefully I can burn a good bit of calories for the team!

Hello! Hufflepuffs! I did level 2 on the 30 day shred today! Have I mentioned I HATE Jillian Micheals voice. She makes me want to rip my ears off ... Anyway I am feeling stronger already so I will stick with it. My legs are killing me today along with my back so I am going to soak in some epsom salt and hope it helps!…

120 minutes for Friday and 23 minutes for Saturday! Saturday was sort of a rest day but I did 30 day Shred for another challenge.

I burned 460 calories for Friday .... So far today I suck at life! I HAVE to do the 30 day shred though for another challenge so I will report that burn later. Everyone is doing awesome! Edited to add me weight for this week is 204.2! I lost YAY
