I have an iphone 3GS 8gb and it is plenty for a couple of playlists, plenty of apps, and functionality. We have an ipad 2 and an iphone 4 at home as well. For the money, you can't beat it. That said, I am anxiously awating the Iphone 5 in a couple of months. I can't wait for it.

I just got this at costco for $15 - it is WAY better than three large Omega 3's each day. I take that and a multi-vitamin.

I have also heard how you eat during pregnancy is influential on your child’s eating habits. That is a study you may want to go look at. I know that I heard that, and thought, "Dang, I wish I hadn't eaten so much chocolate". Sure enough, my girl loves her chocolate chip cookies.

Arbys roast beef - is like 300 calories, and the salads are pretty lo cal...but stay away from the curly fries.
