Bump... have been in the same '+/- 3 pounds' for a few months in maintenance for the past months, but every once in a while see a spike toward the higher end. It's always good to hear tips from successful maintainers. Thanks for posting a great thread!

I have never frozen smoked salmon before, so am a bit stumped... Sounds like a wonderful way to use leftover baked salmon. I will sometimes flake mine and serve with 80% skim creamed cheese and snipped green onions on rice crackers. Enjoy your cheesecake! I have often exercised a bit more so I can eat a bit more, so in that respect (calories in vs. calories out) I am pretty detail oriented. However, if I do happen to go over on one or two days, I'll just watch what I eat and perhaps increase my activity on the next few days until my numbers match up…

Another lucky one... I live next door to my job; about a two minute walk door to door. Comes in handy for dashing home for lunchtime exercise or a home-cooked lunch.

I always hope I'll be able to "eyeball" meals and stay within my maintenance range, but when I've tried for a few weeks, the pounds seem to creep back up. Right now, it looks like I'll be logging my calories for the unforeseeable future to stay on track!
