I've gone from a size 26 to a size 14! I'm not done yet! I don't keep measurements, it's hard to get accurate ones because I'm in a wheelchair and everything expands when you have to sit 24/7, lol. I'm down 54 lbs!

The show is like all the diet pills and weightloss stuff out there, a gimmick! It's not realistic! The contestants workout ALL day, even at night. They hardly ever eat. Normal people with normal realistic lives knows losing that much in one week is not healthy and easier to gain it back.

I agree! I see a doctor and a dietician. They both tell me NOT to eat my calories back. I am confined to a wheelchair so I am on a strict low cal diet to lose weight. These people on here sound immature!

I used to take Hydroxycut Max and lost 3 lbs a week for a month. I stopped and lost the same amount on my own, lol. It's just a gimmick!

I always have 1000+ cals left over after dinner. I don't eat all my cals back, but that's just me. If you're not hungry, don't eat.

I actually have cheat weekends. On Saturdays I don't really eat more than the week, but I don't worry about my calorie intake. On Sundays my family and I always go out to eat after church. I still lose anywhere from 1-3lbs. a week:) I love weekends because I allow myself chocolate, haha!

I've lost 43 lbs. since April 11, 2011 with just calorie counting and a little exercise.

I log any kind of exercise. I'm confined to a wheelchair and work at a hospital and wheel a lot. I wear a stopwatch that counts my calories. I also lift weights and do crunches and pull-ups.

I don't eat mine back. In order to lose weight, U need to burn more than U consume. U exercise to get rid of calories, why eat them back? I have my cheat day every Thursday. I hang out with friends that night at a bar for open-mic and some times go out to lunch too. I still lose 3-4 lbs. every week. I'm in a wheelchair and can't do much, so anyone who is able-bodied should have no problem.
