Everybody's body is different. I am overweight and my dietician told me since I am trying to lose weight and not just maintain it, not to eat them. She told me if you eat them back, it's like not exercising at all. I'm losing by not eating my exercise calories. But I am also confined to a wheelchair, so I can't do as much.…

I work out 3 times a day: After breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each time I try to burn off the calories I just ate.

Thank you ktlajm29, FINALLY someone gets it!!

I don't eat them. I see a dietician and she said not to eat them. I've gotten a lot of heck from people on here because that's the advice I've been giving to people. But basically, saying it's ok to eat your exercise calories is just an excuse people use so they feel ok about eating more.

If it's for one wrap, but it is cut in half when they bring it to you then I would cut 490 in half if you only eat one half.

Special K cereals are good!

Hey! I know how you feel. I have Spina Bifida and am confined to a wheelchair. I'm Paralyzed from the waist down. I can hardly do anything, I just do a lot of what I can do. Add me if you want! Kim

Thank you for posting this! I totally agree!

Thanks for sticking up for me, lol. I'm just trying to help and have got a lot of people annoyed. It's just advice, no one has to take it. I have Spina Bifida and am confined to a wheelchair. I have a dietician who told me I should burn more than I eat, makes sense to me for anyone trying to lose weight to do that.

I'm kinda doing that today too. I'm glad someone else is! I was feeling guilty, but it's such a crappy day outside and just a blah day. I'm counting my calories and did some singing at church today, but I'm just relaxing now. Kim

It won't under strength training when you put your reps and set. But you can go under Cardio and search Strength Training and it will calculate your calories burned. Kim

I have a system I do. I eat breakfast, workout and burn the calories I ate, then do the same thing for lunch and dinner. If I have any snacks I workout after eating those too. I never eat the extra calories. Afterall, I burn them to lose them, I don't want them back, lol. I don't know why people on this site say to eat…

Thanks Lindsey and Tonya, I didn't know what calistetics were, lol.

I would stay at the 1200 calories or eat your 1500 and exercise more. Most people on here eat their calories they burn, I think that is stupid, lol. I hope this helps, I'm kinda new to this. But my advice is really just DON'T EAT YOUR EXERCISe CALORIES! Kim

My dietician and I have talked about eating your earned calories from exercise. We personally don't think you need to eat them. After all you exercise to burn them and lose them. Why would you want them back? Kim

Congratulations! Kim

I started taking Hydroxycut Max! For Women a little over a week ago. I feel better, but I'm not sure if I've lost any weight yet. I'm in a wheelchair so I can't weigh myself, but I'm taking measurements tonight. Kim

I read your post wrong, I thought U wrote, "they do have a website." Oops.

What is it? I looked everywhere. Thanks!

Thanks! It sounds like something I could use while wheeling around my neighborhood.

I'm on the third day of Hydroxycut Max For Women. I do feel better! I'm in a wheelchair, so I can't weigh myself, but I am losing inches! I hope that helps a little? lol

Add me. Ksloop00.

I didn't know mine was private. It's fixed now, lol.

Thanks, I didn't that!

I have a shunt too, my doctors said it'll be ok.

Thanks girls! And thanks Believetoachieve, I didn't think of the disability, I just want this weight off. I don't take medicine and I've taken diet pills before but that was when I thought it would work with just eating less. Now I'm trying to work out but I'm limited because of the wheelchair so maybe they will help.…

You could have said it a little better and nicer. You never know what the other person is dealing with, maybe she has other health issues that prevent her from losing weight. I am confined to a wheelchair and people ( able-bodied people ) tell me how easy it is to lose weight. When they say that all I'm thinking is "Yeah…
