I'm boring. Usually just put maple syrup and butter, rarely peanut butter as well. Haven't been too tempted to eat pancakes lately though, because I always feel gross after eating syrup + anything. I just can't deal with a dry pancake, or breaking from "tradition." >__<

If I'm to the point where I'm drinking diet soda, usually that means I'm already having pretty bad cravings. I've managed to cut my soda consumption down to maybe a time or two or month, so when I go for diet it's because I consider it less crappy than regular, lol (I'm sure someone somewhere will disagree).

Both, really. I think it depends on the week. My biggest salty vice is chips! I could seriously eat a whole bag of chips in a day if nobody stopped me :( So now I try to have one individual size bag of chips per week. Best: Introduces self, expresses interest in some topic of relevance....for example, if I'm looking at a game, "Oh, I like that game." Or something, idk. Worst: Making any kind of statement about my appearance, be it positive or negative. I just get weirded out, tbh.

Ah, I remember wearing 11's when I was lower weight too, lol. I'm 5' around 168lbs now and have a pair of artist's jeans from AE in size 14 that fit pretty awesomely. Brown rice. I can eat certain types of white rice plain, but brown rice sucks all around! Also anything with flax seed/flavor/whatever. Yuck!

It really is a terrible cycle. I feel bad pretty often (depression, low self-esteem, etc) and usually the first thing I want to do is stuff my face with something that will make me fatter.
