Depends on the weight you want to maintain. I'm 5'6'' and i stayed at 130 pounds for a while eating around 2000 calories a day and lifting 4 times a week, no cardio or maybe 10 minutes once in a while.

You look great!! And i do believe that your bodyfat is very low but likely not low enough to cause health issues. Women naturally carry/need more fat, so i can see how this level of leanness maintained over a period of time may cause some health issues like Panchakshara describes. Once again, great work!

I doubt that. Why add that "looking to stay that way" part if you didn't want to address it? You could have easily just mentioned that you are looking to lose X pounds without specifying that you want to stay plus sized if you wanted to avoid discussion on the matter.

I go for vodka with sugar-free redbull. Basically, your best bet is going with hard liquor mixed with diet pop, or other sugar-free stuff. Stay away from the sugary, girly mixed drinks.

I had half of a large meat lovers pizza for dinner tonight. For anyone wondering, no, it did not fit my macros/calories. My brain said no, but my uterus said "yes please, and add some olives". Does anyone know if it's okay to freeze pizza? I doubt i'll feel like eating the other half tomorrow.

For the past year, I've done no cardio at all. Recently i started doing 1-2 moderate pace cardio sessions a week. Tonight i tried yoga for the first time, and i found it challenging and more entertaining than cardio machines, so i'll probably switch to doing that twice a week. I feel like my muscles have been really stiff…

He doesn't hate that you are trying to be healthy. Your perception of "healthy" is skewed. I am sure your father loves you, and he's probably having a hard time seeing how you struggle with food. A burger once in a while is not unhealthy, even with thousand isles dressing and whatnot on it. You got some really good advice…

I like Clinique, but they can be pricey so i usually just get a random moisturizer because i go trough stuff like that too fast to justify the cost. And my skin seems to be okay with pretty much everything. ETA: Also, Vichy. Just as good as Clinique but cheaper. Unfortunately i can't get it where i live right now.
