I like the 100% whole wheat sandwich thins. Then either turkey or chicken from the deli thinly sliced, add some tomato, wickles relish(I like the hotter kind) and maybe some light mayo. I am with your husband and daughter though, cause I could eat sandwiches for every meal.

I know what you mean, I love sweets more than any other food. MT. Dew and a Payday and I'm in Heaven...lol. I also drive all day long and am used to stopping at a gas station and filling up the truck and my fat gut. I've been doing good though, now I just dont go inside or just go in to pee and right back out. Fruit, water…

Hi, I signed up 2yrs ago but just started today. Can u say procrastination? I need to drop about 80 lbs. II'm hoping MPG will keep my mind off food. lol. Good luck and if u need encouragement u can watch one of those morbidly obese tv shows.
