If you have energy then I say go for it. If your body feels like shutting down then obviously you need rest. I was literally sick ALL winter and had trouble breathing but once it settled down enough to breathe okay I joined the gym, MFP and havn't looked back. I suppose next time sickness hits me I will have to stay home.…

5'7 and 80kg but that was full term pregnant, 20kg heavier than my starting weight. my poor stretched skin :-S

To get back to where I was last Christmas. 59-60kg. I've only been on MFP 2 1/2 weeks and already 2kg down with 2 more kg to go. I'm sure I could get there by Christmas then try and maintain through the holiday season
