  • ugh you took the thought right out of my head! i am self conscious of my stomach and probably would never run in just a sports bra. but i joined a running group and i see all these women in phenomenal shape running in those cute skirts and sports bras. • Hi everyone! Brytesmile dont worry you'll kick w5d3's butt! And you're going to feel awesome after! i still get a kick everytime i run for more than 20 minutes! I think trying it on the treadmill first is a good option. This program isnt about rushing its about conditioning yourself to preform this task comfortably. And…

  • I finished week 5 :) YAY! The 20 minute run was challenaging but not impossible. I definitely kept you guys in mind when i was running to push myself to keep going. I felt like i could have done more but i did not want to push myself too much after a big jump like that. I still can't believe i did it. i noticed a change…
  • i mix it up. it goes anywhere from 150-350 depending on the intensity and time. When i run i do not do the 5 minute warm up here i use that time to stretch because i need that more. I'd say without the 5 minute warm up and the 5 minute cool down that the 20 minutes usually gets me around 200 calories. Sorry that i cant be…

They have different categories such as lean, toned, strong and focus and each has beginners through advanced. the stuff seem to be very similar but they start off modified and then advanced. I like it it because i can do it at home to maintain some weight…
