My boyfriend just severed his and is in therapy now for that. They have him do a lot of exercises with therabands and soon hes going to start working on weight baring activities. The therapist said when he heals more balance activities help this too. It's not much but I hope it helps!

I was moving this weekend and was tempted to wear my hrm but then decided to pretend i didnt burn them and save them for a raining day when im not doing something so productive :)

I love zumba on wii! even though i wish they actually broke down the harder steps a bit more but in general it is very easy to follow along. I do it when I cant make it to a class and I get such a good workout.

They have zumba at my gym and the instructor sometimes shakes things that I didnt even know moved haha. But after about three times I fell in love with zumba! Just enjoy it and you will have so much fun!

I love zumba. I tried to go to classes but the they were so packed. So my bf set up a zumba room for my wii at home and now i zumba there instead of all around the house with wii haha. I definitely tightened up from zumba. And the best thing is that i can do a full hour of cardio and it only feels like ten minutes.

I believe they do but to counteract that i try not to eat back my calories burned during the week.
