I too have been self concious about this. Luckily my husband has all the equipment in the "Man Cave" so I am able to to it at home for the time being. I am still working on stage 1. Glad to read some of the responses here tho as I would eventually like to go to the gym.

That's great! I am currently stuck in a DAMN plateau....it really is hard to stay motivated when the "smale" isn't cooperating. so i've decided to start taking measurements instead maybe that will keep my mind off the scale for a while so I can figure this out. Way to go though :flowerforyou:
