I had a good workout this morning i am at 1125 Calories burned for the day so far and it is not even 10 am yet. hope everyone has a wonderful day and make sure to get your water intake for the day. :happy:

Hi all today I have burned 1286 calories playing tennis, and circuit training including rowing machine, elliptical, bike, and Nustep not a bad first step for the week. Hope you all have a great day.

A few years ago i went on diet pills my doctor gave me i lost 60 pounds the script ran out and i gained back 80 pounds in 6 months. diet pills are never the way to go you lose a few pounds then when you stop taking the pills you gain all the weight back the best way is to get a cleansing system that is right for your body…
