I live in southern California and it's been really hot all summer. I didn't want to go outside lol. Now that it's cooling down I'm trying to get out more. I'm walking to pick up my little brother when I can, instead of driving.

Well the day is over! My sodium didn't go over, it's actually 663g under! That makes up for the 26g over yesterday right? xD I've already had 9 cups of water but I'm going to refill my water bottle before bed and I usually drink another 2 over night.

I was always a chubby little kid myself lol. But I was 180lbs when I started high school. :( I lost 30lbs over those four years but after I graduated, I gained it and more back. I'm 22 and currently 250lbs. :o

I drink a good amount of water myself. :) At least 72oz a day. My sodium goes over a lot though... not by much but still.

That's a wonderful idea! I hate tracking too because some of the things I eat are ridiculous. xD Start by tracking everything you eat no matter what it is! Then maybe you'll see some of the stuff you can do with out and other stuff isn't as bad as you thought. Good luck!

According to my nutritionist it doesn't matter what time you eat as long as you have enough time to digest before bed! She says that's about three hours... as for healthy snacks that are sweet, I'd try any fruit that you like! I love watermelon and I can eat tons of it and still be low on the calorie side. :) I'm thinking…
