It is low, but if you are eating well, try spreading out your calories so your blood sugar doesn't dip. Eat three meals and three small snacks a day (70-80 calories, like 1/2 protein bar) and you should feel better. if that doesn't do it, up your cals.

When the scale, which has always gone up and down, hit 200 this summer. I couldn't deny the weight gain any longer, and I needed to take control.

I agree...strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are powerhouses full of nutritional value and are lower in sugar.
