I really needed to see this! It is hard for me to work so hard to try to lose fat, and end up seeing the scale go up. I am dedicated about my time in the gym and with my diet. I just want so badly to feel like I am moving in the right direction. I will have to start focusing on the visual changes, and less on the scale…

Most likely not... unless I found a way to cheat! But I would give it a go anyway!

I am a Steelers fan. I first converted when Bill Cower coaching... talk about being fired up on the side lines! Now that he's not there, I just can't break the habit. So Steelers it is!
