While not ideal, two days is plenty to make an impact, you just have to make it Count. Make those workouts nice and long. In between, do shorter workouts (20min). I cannot speak for P90x but remember that MFP recommends calorie intake with a deficit that does NOT consider exercise/workouts. Which is why, though highly debated, you are expected to eat your calories back. If, as stated here, you burn approximately 600 cals per P90x workout that would mean their recommended cals 1800…

I agree everyone that you should keep up doing it mod until you can handle doing the entire thing. It does take time..... but so worht it. It’s a tough call because all these sites (mfp) included are just estimates. And the calories burned are all based on you personally, and how hard your body is working.
