I have a regular schedule doctor appointment on Friday. I plan on asking him but don't know that I know the right questions to ask. I am hoping for some insight so I can have a knowledgeable discussion on what I need to do or not do etc.

Any idea of the ration of flax to boiling water? I love this idea. I don't have to watch butter for dietary reasons but do have to pay attention to fiber. Thanks.

No but I just bought an x9i incline trainer from Nordictrack with ifit built in. The treadmill will work without the ifit subscription but only on its own internal workouts or what you program into it. I am assuming yours is similar. I am really hoping that the ifit module works. Under FOOD there is a recipe box where you can enter the whole recipe and then just tell it how many servings the whole recipe makes and how many you are eating. It will store the recipe so next time you don't have to reenter just fill in the number of servings you eat. I hope this helps.
