I lost a lb this week BUT I also lost an inch off of my waist (and my belly) and half an inch off my waist! :) I really like the LENGTH of my legs (although the TONE of my thighs needs improving) and my hands/fingers

i've missed 3 days!!! :( Gonna do at least two tomorrow (is that valid?) and maybe twice again on Tuesday..idk if that will actually "count" but it can't hurt right?

I had such a hard time getting through today, mostly due to lack of motivation, but it's DONE! Can't wait to look AWESOME by the end of this!

I've done it for a few days at a time (I never get through the 4 weeks) BUT even just a few days/week makes a difference in the appearance of your butt and the disappearance of cellulite! I really like it, just haven't been committed enough to stick it out, but it is on my plan for this month!

Hello everyone! I am two weeks late BUT I would love to join you guys! Just recommitted myself to becoming active on MFP again and restart my weight loss. I have about 30-35 lbs to lose and am SOOOO ready for them to be gone. I love the idea of squats because the last thing I want to lose when I lose this weight is my butt!

Alright so my summer job, which I THOUGHT would be great for my summer weight loss plans..is not. I rarely get to log into MFP!!!! BUT i'm at 148.5 FINALLY out of the 150's and hoping not to go back there! MOTIVATION to keep moving :)
