I get quite busy during the day, so sometimes, I will plan my menu up when I get up at six am. I then add or edit at the end of the day, before I go to bed. If I know for certain, I'm doing a class at the gym I will also log that before I actually do it..when I'm up first thing in the am.

I'm attracted to a body type that has the personality I am looking for:) I will say I don't really go for scrawny, too thin. I like a man who is huggable and who has strong arms:)

doing squats at all was impossible, going on a bike and burning 700 calories is now possible. I have arthritis in my knees and it it has always held me back. This time, I'm strengthening muscles around my knees and I'm even able to go up stairs and do classes I didn't think I'd ever do:)

It used to be once a day until I got rid of my scales. I get discouraged easily. I haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks. I try to go by how my clothes are fitting, etc.

when I hit my breaking point in March, I weighed 262 lbs. I am now about 230 and still have a long way to go. It isn't easy and hasn't been easy. I go to the gym three times a week with a trainer. That is challenging as I have arthrtitis in both knees. I also do aquafit twice a week in addition to this.

I started at 262 and now am at about 229. My goad is 150 and believe me, this is a very long process. I have arthritis in both knees, and love sweets, so lots of obstacles. I do most of my cario through aqquafit, but three times a week, I do get on the ellipticals and do some exercise with a trainer.
