Per conversations I have had with my doctor and nutritionist is that as long as it is 10 calories and under then I can count it as my water intake.

turned away the honey BBQ tater chips someone left in the breakroom... was ok when the bag wasn't open and then someone opened it and I could smell them when I went in there for lunch... so to avoid the bag for the rest of the day I have been going to another kitchen to get my water refills.

My weakness is Mtn Dew. I can't stomach diet soda of any kind. I allow enough calories on the weekend as a treat to myself for doing good all week so that I can have a regular Mtn Dew.

6-11-08 ... 322 1-11-11... 209 I had gotten down to 176 in 1-2010... but life threw some stuff at me and had to pick myself back up... went back up to 225.5 so I signed back on here to keep track of things better... so here I am back on track. :drinker:
