Great link. I. Love. Margaritas. Now I just need to figure out how to make one that isn't 900 calories!

Lucky you. My husband brought home two 10lb bags of onions.

Which one is connected to a HRM? :) This is a really good question. I'd be tempted the believe Garmin if your device calculates elevation and especially if there's a HRM. Sans that, I'd go with the lower figure or eat back half of the highest. Both Garmin Connect and MFP are serial over-estimaters. I have no experience…

A mat, pair of dumbells and 30-day Shred. Not my thing, but it's pretty popular around here.

To reduce cellulose you should eat broccoli, not wear it :P

1 size too large - keep the pricey or favorites in the closet, 2+ sizes too large - store the pricey or favorites boxed up in the garage. Normal clothes (like cotton T's that wear out every year anyway) toss or donate.

In my experience, married or attached men (cheaters) are the ones who go poof. Don't worry though, you likely dodged a bullet. Also, there is life after heartbreak. Add me if you'd like.

I've got nothing. But 2-3 hours? That sucks!

I have a newborn, so I'm often up at 12:30pm (although I go to bed sometime around 4 or 5am. Baby is up every three hours so I don't know which way is what anymore LOL My rule is 11:59pm is the cutoff. I count calories for the current day if I eat after midnight. The exception I've made is if I crashed out early (for…

That's a fairly low amount of calories for all that fabulous exercise. Are you eating back your activity calories? One week isn't a real long time to assess if what you are doing is working, but the biggies are accurate logging, water and eating back the cals you burn (I eat about half). Also it seems harder, the less you…

I lost 35lbs with a combination of C25k and food logging, about 3 years ago. I remember I had to log because my runs resulted in a post workout binge :-D I ate better, to be sure, but allowed myself too many allowances. My guilty pleasure is beer and wine, which is a weight-loss killer. You may have something like that,…

You might be allergic to whey protein. Either way, I'd stop. The only other thing I can think of is a caffeine-withdrawal. I tend to quit caffeine at the same time that I replace meals with a protein shake. Or it could be a brand problem. Maybe get a sampler of some kind and try them all to see if one of them works.

From being not a fan of water to drinking 3x32oz Nalgene bottles a day... minimum. I get Nestle Pure Life delivery for my water cooler - it is the ONLY bottled water that has a neutral-enough taste for me to drink it without hating every minute of it. I just don't like the metallic taste of most bottled water, or the tap…

I have never had anyone bring up my baby weight in conversation who wasn't: 1) An ex 2) Unable to conceive children 3) Has body issues of their own In other words, ignore it. Don't even entertain it with a response.

I have this...knees too. It lets up some when I lose 10-15lbs. Glucosamine seems to help too. Alarming but like you say.. Not painful :)

Great idea! I'm 31, eight weeks postpartum with 65lbs to lose. Started today :)
