Almost any muffin recipe will work, just use a banana and substitute unsweetened applesauce for the oil, and cut the sugar by a 4th. I do it all the time.

Thank you for sharing your journey and photos. I am also losing for knee replacements, 1st surgery in March. You have re-inspired me. You look wonderful, and I admire your positive attitude.

I like it on carrot chips, baked potatoes, celery sticks, really any dipping vegetable can be dipped in salsa. Also cut up corn tortillas and crisp them in the oven.

WW has a recipe almost like this. Its great with the s/f, f/f cheesecake pudding mix too. I make it for family gatherings to, sometimes witb a sprinkling of lowfat graham cracker crumbs on top.

Hi, I just joined last week. Just turned 60 in Aug; need to lose so that I can get my knees replaced. I fin the tools very easy to use. I also syncd my fitbit to the site, but walking is very hard with my bad knees. I am trying to stay above 3000 steps.
