Try to add some natural granola....I didn't like Oatmeal before, but now I love it, also it could be the brand your getting, try Quaker, and if you still hate it, grits is a great thick on the go breakfast alternative. Good Luck!!

It never good to deprive your body of something all together. I personally noticed that when I do, I don't feel well, I would switch over to sugar free items if you can try splenda instead of sugar, and dark chocolate instead of milk, processed chocolate. I have not had much of a desire to eat the bad stuff!! Good luck.

Whew, when you find out, please let me know..I have been doing really well switching over to sugar free items, changing out the sugar and flour in my house to splenda and whole wheat, etc. Make the things around you healthy, however this will be my first holiday while maintaing a healthy lifestyle..naturally I'm a little…

Mornings are good for me, only because it helps me get my day going...however if I'm tired and can't sleep I take a nice little run and that puts me to bed quickly, so it depends on what kind of day it is..

Feel free to friend me!! I too usually do wonderful for the first 2 weeks, then I fall off of my game, but with MFP I am surprisingly motivated and constantly reminded and inspired to to keep moving!!! Nice to see you on the band wagon to healthy living ;D

I usually try to do Smart Ones Weight Watcher Meals, but now that I know I have to reduce my carb intake, I have to start looking at other options!!! Thanks for the suggestions!

I have a lot of muscule, I guess you could say I'm thick....I'm trying to lean down but I'm afraid to use the whey protein. Does it build muscule, or does it just help with feeling full?

Oh My!!! No my doc didn't do all that for me!! It makes me a quite upset, I was simply told take these pills for 6 wks, come back and we will re-test your blood analysis. Thanks for the information, I will now have to totally revamp what I'm eating in a different way, so happy I came across fitnesspal!!

Wow I am so happy to see that I am not the only one with this issue. My doctor put me on Metforim as well, advising that I am a 'borderline diabetic' and it this is a very big concern of mine because I feel if I can just drop this stubborn weight then maybe I will feel better and can come off of the medicine, as it makes…
