I know two guys that do CrossFit. One in Indianapolis and apparently as his gym they don't push Paleo. Another in OKC. I don't think they pushed it but just said results would be better if you did it. He actually did it and does pretty well. I'm pretty sure you could get similar results from a low carb diet.

My friend has two toddlers 1 yr and 3 1/2 and they would do zumba. The oldest would really get into it while the baby would be doing her own thing while in her pen.

I had to cut out sugar to stay under. Some of my MFP'ers don't count natural sugar. It really depends on you and your body. My body is super sensitive to sugar so I avoid it when possible.

I'm seeing increased defination in my calves after about two weeks of running. I'm doing the C25K program and tend to do ellipticals on 3 of my 4 off days, along with weight lifting.

Hey all, I loved playing in school. I'd prop (both LH and TH), lock, and did line outs. As a prop I made sure to work on my legs (squats, leg presses, and the like). lol I hear the same thing from my friends, that I'm TOO smart to date. I'm highly educated (masters in engineering), applying to go for my PhD, and I have a lot of interests (part time plus size model, active in my church, working 2 jobs), which keep me super busy so apparently I "scare" guys off. :/

I'm the same way! I just cannot get out of bed to run at 5AM on NON-running days. Don't feel bad because you aren't alone! I opt for getting my cardio in as 45 minutes on the elliptical in the afternoons. Elliptical being my trainer's idea.

It's kind of hard for me to take this ish seriously when they don't even refer to heights in this. If they would have done something else like % body fat or even BMI then I would appreciate it a bit more.

The last time I was in my "normal body weight" range, I got A LOT of that from some members of my family. And I fear to get it again when I loose more.
