I've been overweight my whole life. Basically she's not going to do it until SHE'S ready. You can want it for her BADLY but she isn't going to be committed to it until she's ready to make the changes herself. Just be patient =]

Gross! I like my bacon with my grits not on ice cream!!!

The "squishy" mom thing I can relate to with my mom. I love cuddling with my "squishy" mom but when she lost weight, she was less cuddly. I was older when it happened so I just put a pillow between us and dealt with it. As for the ice cream, I'd get ice cream with them and just burn it off! That's a pretty easy prob to…

I did the same and will be excercising them back today :)

My doctor told me no because he didn't want me to have problems with joint pain. I have a chronic case of tendonitis in one of my knees from a rugby injury years ago. Did I listen to my doc? Of course not. lol I just got a knee brace and made it work. Don't forget to ice! :D

I would definately say talk to a doctor before starting any excercise program. One of my mother's friends, I'm not sure what she weighed, but was very out of shape. She did this workout, very low impact aerobics geared to seniors called "SIT AND BE FIT". All the excercises were done from a chair and would just get her…

Congrads to you! Oh well. Since you made room in your closet, it's time to go shopping! ;) I gave away my size 16 stuff this Feb/March and I'm giving away a lot of my 14's now. It's killing me because I had some Michael Kors (my FAV designer) stuff and pretty dresses in those piles! Luckily I have friends that are near my…

I attract one of two types of guys. First type are younger guys 16-22 tall, thin/athletic, usually quiet, secretive mysterious guys. Second type of guys are 45+ either under 5"5 or 6ft+, usually married with kids wanting to do God knows what! lol A little far from what I want. I'd like a guy 25-30, 5'10+, a little extra…

Yes! Or that whoever I sit next to isn't going to start drooling on me or that I won't have loud, crying kids around me, or someone carrying a cat (highly allergic).

I really didn't think tendency would imply an absolute. It wasn't meant to be a generalization just an observation among my tall guy friends.
-
Tall guys also have a tendency to date shorter girls to "over compensate". Personality wise, it could work. I'm 5'9 so I end up having the opposite problem. Short guys trying to create tall kids with me. :/

1) Leave him 2) Go to school in Alabama (turned down a full ride because I didn't do #1) 3) Change your major to Psych 4) Start working out again (I was still "normal weight" but started gaining)
