I have never once in my life been hit on, except online by creepy strangers. Look at my amazingly sexy pictures and tell me thats not weird!!!! I was even rejected ALOTTTTTTTT by like every single guy i ever had even a slight interest in.

I absolutely cannot sleep if my belly isn't full, what helps me is hot tea and a banana right before bed.

It doesn't matter if its 'reasonable' or not. Ive seen other people do it the healthy way, just because most people don't have the time or energy to work out 2 to 3 hours a day doesn't mean I don't. I have all day to exercise. I would appreciate no negativity. Thanks.

You are starving yourself, NOT GOOD, your body holds on to eveything you give it becuase your basically in ketosis, 1200 calories is what a 7 year old should be eating....

They are around like less than 200 calories i just had one for dinner, my step-mother always has them instead because she is diabetic and cant have regular potatoes. Its impossible for it to even be over 300 calories.

When i put in my fitness tracker that Ive been LEASURLY swimming for 60 minutes it says i burned over 700 calories, when you swim even just floating, you are using every single muscle in your body. Also my nutritionist and fitness coach confirmed this. Along with every single calories tracker ive ever used for work outs.

I make 'that' week my cheat week, i eat whatever i want, wear sweatpants, drink redbull and eat gourmet chocolate, 5 days of that out of the month i can easily make up for in the pool or on the treadmill

I used to do that every single day, or at least 6 times a week. I lost 30 pounds in a month i stopped going becuase i moved far away from the gym

@OhJen2014 i tried the same thing, but with plain greek yogurt. I hated it, greek yogurt taste like sour cream to me!!! ill have to try the cottage cheese version, thanks!!

@ilovemypitbull a 'full fry up' is an English term for a fried breakfast (fried eggs, 3 types of meat, sweet beans, fried bread, fried hash browns, fried mushrooms ect.)

All of that sounds great, except the just coffee or just water and air lol you need at least something to get you going, the reason they call it Breakfast is because your breaking the fast 'break-fast' of not eating all night, its to get your metabolism running so that the next meal you eat isnt used as stored fat because…

I ask my boyfriend what he wants for dinner, I usually plan dinner the day im making it or no more than 2 or 3 days ahead, but all other meals are just whatever i choose for that day. whatever i have in the house or if i have money ill stop and get something, but dinner is the only plans i make in advance.
