I have had a hard week, sorry everyone... 0 lbs lost for me this week... I guess the bright side is I did not gain any... As for as the water I have upped it and am doing better, 5-6 glasses but not the 8 yet... Great job everyone on the amazing numbers this week.

I know I'm not a head, but I think we should cut it off after the Sunday, it keeps the houses about 30-40, perfect for keeping track and getting to know each other. Also it will be better for all of the heads, you wont have to keep changing your charts and you can enjoy it. Just a thought

I have one that I got from Academy (sporting good store in Texas) it was 30.00 and I like it. I could not afford the chest strap and just figured that it would get in the way. You have to be very careful adding cleaning and normal daily things. It is very ease to over eat if you are eating back those cals. If you do these things daily or every other day it is better to change your daily act level. Be very careful

I think you should go for the Chalean Extreme. I have both CEx and Turbo Jam. For your man the CEx would be better, you do 3 days of weights where there is no jumping around and then 2 days of a cardio/ stretch and the other is cardio/abs. I like it bc both sexes can do it.
