Very glad to hear you are doing better, My daughter has allergies just to the point of a runny nose, then it back into her ears and she gets ear infections. It sucks. I love the smell of fresh cut grass, fresh cut weeds...not so much... I got to mow the lawn today, ok well part of it... one down point to living on a farm... so much to mow... I am doing a challenge at my friends work and we did the starting weigh in, body fat % and waist measurements today... very sad numbers I am 152 (which means I have to adjust my tracker:sad: ) with 37.5 waist and 32.49% body fat :sad: lets see how I do after this 30 days :wink: or 28 days now…

I tried it for a few days, I liked it but I liked 30DS more, but then again I never got to the different levels. What I did like about it was that if there is something you dot like doing so only does them once so you only have to do them for a week and not 10 days ( there is 4 diff workouts) I am in after the 30DS :)
