  • I agree, there is nothing out there that said you have to move on after 7, 10, 20 or what ever amount of days. Jillian says move on when your ready. I have also read on her site that if you have already been working out you can skip level one and start with 2. so keep going and good luck :)

  • Don't give up, I am right there with you... I have jumped between 143 and 146... I lost about a lb last month and it sucks. But remember that you are healthier and you did not gain it in a month so its going to take a while to get it off. it helps me to think that way. Then it is 6week 6pack I do not like the first one bc there is way more floor abs and it hurst my neck, but the second half is so kick butt, i sweat like crazy and can burn +/- 325 cals.
