I user Pacer app which tracks my walking. I skip bus and take long walk at lunchtime so Pacer tracks it and updates MFP.

I only do once a week wfh but on that day I struggle with food and I hardly move. Unlike office, I take 3 walks (lunchtime and alternative to bus) and I don’t eat (feel awkward eating in office anyways). I have bookmarked this post. I am going to need these tips too. @ellechanning You look amazing. Your transformation is very inspiring. What is Initiative Eating? I feel sudden increase in hunger as soon as I come home from office in the evening. Most of the time false alarm but I would eat a snack anyways....

We love tofu in our family. But I have failed making tofu (used pressing technique) and have cooked and somehow eaten silken tofu. I recently found extra firm tofu by The Tofoo Co. It turns out correct each time with little efforts. I am going to try corn starch! Thanks for the post

I make in big quantity (to use 2 to 3 times) if Indian curry paste at home. So I need to just cook it in some oil, add vegetables, spice curry powder, salt... it can be eaten with rice. I use different vegetables / lentils every time, gives me variety.

High fiber food is my issue too. Whenever I eat salad (veg), I always end up with weird sounds from tummy which normally settles down after I eat banana... do you eat salads daily. I don’t take protein shakes so no idea on that.
